Diwali expresses the ancient South Asian hope that Light will defeat darkness, Good will defeat evil, and truth will defeat ignorance.

We as followers of Christ can resonate with these hopes, as we know the Light of the World who came to be born as a man, reveal the Truth and defeat evil through his death and resurrection!

Come along to this multi-church and inter-denominational mission effort, as we pray, share stories of Jesus and proclaim the hope of Jesus, the Light of the World. There will be a jumping castle for kids, free chai, Bible storytelling and plenty of opportunity to have spiritual conversations with festival-goers.

We strongly recommend that you come to the Diwali Outreach training the week before: 2pm on Sun 25th Oct @ Wenty Anglican.
